I think that for most of us, we need to get over the issue of taste as opposed to drinking and eating the right things. Water is very vital for our overall well-being, since most of the bodily functions require sufficient water to work optimally. There are many things that taste vile and bitter but when a person's health reaches that level of degeneration, and one has to take it for survival, then, the choice is most obvious but as the School constantly reminds us, we all don't know how much time we have. This morning, over the radio talk show, a breast cancer patient shared her ordeal when she underwent chemotherapy - besides going bald/hair drop, the bags of toxins that were flushed thro' her body every round of chemo, is devastating, making her weak, changing her physical body, nails turning black, high level of heatiness within her body - I believe is a wake up call that many don't want. So, let's stay hydrated.
