If water records every single vibration bad or good, how far should you keep water away from toxic materials, computers and handphones?

If one's working place is space constrained, one can't really remove water from being placed near computers, etc. However, as shown by the Japanese scientist, when one pastes loving words over the bottled water, the crystals take on almost its original shapes, can this help in some small way?

I was given to understand the difference between HG water vs outside supplies is that Master ensures not only that the HG water is restructured but that negative imprints picked up in the water pipes travelling from its source to places would be removed. Further, Master also adds back nutrients to the HG water, please correct if I'm wrong or missed out anything.

I was also given to understand that the sticker placed round the HG water protects the contents from contamination. Please enlighten.
