stress and its outcome

Postby jujur14 » Fri Aug 15, 2014 12:52 pm

A work colleague asked how she can help her daughter's situation - for 6 months, her daughter's menstruation stopped temporarily (her normal cycle is every 2 months, she'll get her menses). Daughter is under alot of stress this year as she took her violin exam and now, SPM is coming up. Her father's family are all very academically inclined and good grades matter alot to them. Her mother has taken her for medical checkup and blood test, all turned up normal.

What natural remedies can help ease her tensions and relax her, so her hormonal cycle returns to normal? Appreciate words of advice please. TQ.

Why don't you try to answer your colleagues question in this forum? this will give you a chance to assemble what you have learned into application.

For a teen, the key support comes from parents and if the parents priorities are incorrect in the energy sense, then all so-called remedies are stop gap measures. Do revisit the forum discussion :

CLT General - Priority for Kids dd Jun17, 2014
CLT Healing for Depression dd Nov13, 2011

The usual course of action is to seek a support group to treat depression in the medical sense. (there are tons of articles in the Net on such stuff). Instead introduce the family to HG Team as an alternative guidance - and without any expectations.

The real problem lies with the parents and not the child.
