Because water makes up about 70% of our body weight, It is absolutely important to be constantly hydrated. Water has many functions in our body; namely,
1) produces saliva and stomach juices (hydrochloric acid) to digest food,
2) makes blood which is 90% water,
3) helps transport nutrients and oxygen to all the cells of the body,
4) helps eliminate waste and toxins out of the body through urine and faeces,
5) regulates our body temperature through sweat,
6) lubricates our skin and joints,
etc..
However, the water that reaches our homes has been contaminated by chemicals, and worse, negative vibrational imprints from the environment, thus rendering it devoid of energy and information. This is why the water is destructured in its geometry and therefore would not be able to perform the above-mentioned functions for our body. The only way to hydrate our body is to drink structured water only as it has energy ("electrical charge") and information to do the above functions in our body.
The amount of water to drink for each person varies, depending on the amount of stress you have to face on a daily basis and the amount of water you lose through sweat and urine. However, it is best to consume MINIMUM 3 litres of water for adults and 2.5 L for children especially in our hot tropical climate. This is quite subjective as you have to analyse your lifestyle and diet as well.
