Questions from participants of a forum on hydration conducted by HG are:

1. Why is it that the more I drink, the more thirsty I get?
2. How do I know when I am fully hydrated?
3. Some friends advised them not to drink too much as one could be over-hydrated. Could one be over-hydrated?

As most people is living a very hectic and stressful life style, we are dehydrated most of the time as we use more than we put in, so how can we be over hydrated? as to why one drinks and keep drinking is because we have neglected our body our cells and we are really dehydrated and once we tell our body that we will hydrate it back, we will drink like a fish as the body received the signal, the cells will received the water thus helps to push out toxins in the body and one will feel a bit of discomfort here and there which is a good sign. so keep drinking
