Apart of lacking of nutrients, changing mindset requires alot of energy to execute, strong intention and discipline to follow through. It is difficult to change our mindset because most of us are still attached to the current thought processes, beliefs and understanding we have already accumulated in this lifetime. To change our mindset is to remove our old programming and it can be daunting (fears i.e losing identity, ego, etc)- perhaps that's why we tend to subconsciously continue to hold on to those programming while we 'want' to change our mindset.
We might want to first ask ourselves why do we want to change our mindset. When we know why and what the changes required, we can find the ways to change our mindset i.e. we will be more conscious of our action, thought, emotion and speech. When we are conscious of the required changes and when we are committed to the change, we can change. Changing our mindset will create a change of circumstances in our lives that may be very challenging (unfamilliar change = fear of the unknown) and that may deter us from the follow through with the change. But if we have the right intention and discipline to execute and sustain the change, we can achieve it despite the challenges/unfamiliar circustances we may face.
Change can only happen if we want to and we make conscious effort to take the necessary steps to achieve it, i.e. pump up nutrients, energy management, letting go of our existing programming, learning to face the circumstances that we may face, learning and anchoring the CLT teachings in our speech, deeds, thoughts and emotions, and more.
