if a kid constantly bullies his younger brother and do not show respect to the parents, how do you help this kid to change his behaviour for the better?? Can you give me an practical approach?

Firstly, we need to find out from his parents when he started exhibiting disrespect towards them and when did sibling rivalry happen, was it at time of birth of younger brother? Was total attention given to older brother prior to younger brother coming along, did the parents prepare older brother for younger brother's arrival? Each time older brother bullies younger brother, was it due to him feeling insecure or unsure that he's still being love by his parents. Reassurances are required and perhaps, to give him supplements like Sulphur, Vitamin C (high dose that's suitable for his age) and also, to check his diet: comprising of high sugar and processed foods, insufficient water intake - all need to be checked.
