Many healees are reluctant to invest in good food and supplementations due to monetary constraints. They see that good food and supplementation are something that they can only undertake when their financial circumstances change. Is this a correct mindset to adopt from a CLT perspective?

Generally helees are reluctant to invest in supplements to help themselves. Like many, most are conditioned into thinking that self-sacrifice for the good of others is a very noble act but they either don't see or refuse to admit that when their physical health is impacted, it affects their families. When they are able to understand and prove to themselves that when they have sufficient nutrients, things flow for them, they'll want to make the switch and exercise self-love towards themselves. Perhaps, sell to them one week's worth of recommended requirements for them to test out and confirm for themselves may help (just a suggestion).
