I experienced a case of elevated cancer markers several years ago due to highly hectic and stressful lifestyle and acidic eating habits. At that time, I was travelling around the country conducting training and eating my favourite source of protein, chicken. The school had introduced an anti-inflammatory diet that consist of natural vegetables and fruits. I decided to adopt this diet by eating raw vegetable salad twice a day in an attempt to alkalise my body to accelerate the healing process. 12 months later, my cancer marker was back to normal. This proves that our body is extremely intellingent. All we need is to feed it with the right nutrients and information, conserve energy and not get in its way, it can restore any ailment including tumour.
