Yes, everyone shares the same roof, hence also sharing the same energy field of an environment. When a condo is gridded, the capacity of the grid only covers the confined areas of the unit and not the entire floor or block. Occupants from other units do not get to absorb the energy generated by the grid as it is not intended to be so. If the grid has very strong capacity (in the event that occupants of the gridded home no longer need much of its support), it can then heal the environment e.g. to transform and restructure land and air minerals, strengthen and reconnect the energy lines etc. The grid is intelligent and works within its programming i.e. its energy is not scattered out of its parameters.
