Perhaps, you can first try to check the types of food you and your family have on daily basis. If the foods are processed, hybrid, or gmo. The more natural the foods are, the better it can be absorbed by the body without influencing the behaviors. As the saying goes, we are what we eat.

Noticed that whenever I eat processed foods e.g., from canned food, next day during first bowel movement, there'll be a layer of bubbles floating next to the feces. Quite consistent observation - this is after I've started taking 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach - Turmeric working to discharge toxins from canned food?
