Hi Hong Kong Rocks,
Thank you for your participation in this forum and sorry for the delay as there were some minor hiccups pertaining to the forum.
Built up of toxins and acidity in the body are normally causes of sickness, which in turn will weaken the immune system. This will make your body more suscepticible to viral and bacterial infections (flu,cough, etc.).
Peng, we recommend the following during your travel:
- It is imperative that you take probiotics and enzymes before breakfast every morning, as this will help in the assimilation
of nutrients and digestion of food. Take Cleantox 10 mins later, afterwhich drink a bottle of water immediately and another
bottle within the hour, to facilitate the movement of toxic fecal matter.
Morning
- After the above, take selenium (strenghtens the immune system), pycnogenol (anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory) and
maca (balances hormones) before breakfast.
Afternoon
- Take probiotics and enzyme before lunch.
- An hour later, take spirulina (good source of protein to strengthen lungs), multi-vitamin and B-complex.
Dinner
- As usual, take your probiotics and enzyme before meal.
- An hour later, take selenium and pycnogenol (anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory) .
Try to get the recommended supplements (i.e. maca and spirulina - not in your list), as this will help to improve your current condition.
Please bear in mind that the above steps are for 'maintenance' only. Avoid toxic food where possible and of course , do your clt exercises as usual.
