A good GI tract is described for its effectiveness to process the food we eat and to eliminate waste from processed food. The process includes breaking down & digesting food, absorbing nutrients, binding & neutralising toxins and finally excreting waste from the body.
The effectiveness of GI tract to absorb nutrients correlate to our energy level. Optimally, our GI tract should eliminate waste twice daily. If leftover food remains in our GI tract for too long, putrefaction occurs and bacteria multiplies rapidly. Our body responds by producing probiotics, enzymes and antibodies- this draws down energy. When excessive energy depletion occurs, our energy field is weaken.
Consequently, a key factor towards our energy field management is diet and eating habits. We should not eat a heavy meal too late in the day when our stomach's production of hydrochloric acid tapers off in the evening.
It is said that our aura corresponds to cleanliness of the GI tract and this in turn determines the quality of energy field. A robust energy field is an invisible shield that protects us from invading negative frequencies. Therefore, our good energy field projects out positivity to attract befitting circumstances.
If our energy field is weak, it is unable to repel any negative frequency that we are in contact with. Such frequency sticks onto our field without our knowledge. The low quality energy then draws undesired situations of matching wavelength and we find ourselves needing to deal with issues and adversity.
