Hi, can children practise as well? If so, how old onwards - as long as they old enough to hold the crystals firmly and do as they are told or do they have to have some kind of understanding of the practice before they do so?

Children can definitely pactise CLT as long as they can follow instructions and have a very basic understanding of what CLT is and what the crystals can do for us.
