Many individuals often equate the feeling of wellness that comes after exercising (due to elimination of toxins) as elevated energy. I believe it is because the concept of energy conservation has been hidden from us for a very long time or have never been taught to us. What is interesting is the principles of conservation is taught to us for money and material things, i.e. savings, but not for energy although it is our most precious asset. In my opinion, explaining conservation of energy should begin with the understanding of the role of energy in fueling our human functionality. It is only by building on this foundation can we begin to emphasise the importance of conserving energy and the method for conserving energy from the CLT perspective.
