Reading 'The Power Of Now' by Eckhart Tole with an open mind, here is what I can make up about grounding oneself.

Often, our concept of time and space dictates our emotions and mental analysis, which in adverse effects derail us from the present moment. Humans are so embedded in their psychological past and future that they are unable to feel the infinitely powerful presence of being. The psychological past and future are attachments, past - of things and patterns that we cannot let go and future - fear of the constant unknown, change and negative projections.

To be present is to be grounded, metaphorically - rooting ourselves in the present.
To be grounded is being able to feel the presence of being and our mind.
Grounding also makes us become aware of our physical bodies, the importance of it not just as a vessel, but as a whole of our being.
And our connection to the Earth as the support structure that is often undermined.

In the case of answering my own question, please correct me if I am wrong okay? =D

With love,
Justin!

There is a energy relationship btw humans and Earth. A flow of energy looping between us and earth constantly. Whenever that loop is hampered, the energy is jammed. Hence we cannot ground it. It indicate that there must be something destruction that we are doing to Mother Earth. We have to reflect on that and correct it thru the 3Ps to help resume the flow. Have a correct relationship with Mother Earth.
