Hi, seeking confirmation/clarification on karma and its effects. For example, when a person does something bad and others pass the comment that he/she will receive the retribution. Later, however, the retribution takes the form of not him/her experiencing the consequences but that one of his/her family member received the backlash like falling seriously ill. How does CLT teachings explain this outcome? Does it follow that the person with the lowest energy level will get hit by the nasty event?

I do not know if karma works like that (if it does, please let me know). Last I learned from the physical forums is that karma is embedded in our own DNA. In that sense, I believe that the cause and effect phenomenon would only affect us… And as far as the concept of frequency goes, we attract a reality that is vibrating at a similar frequency as ours, hence that could be the reason why it would seem like a family member is receiving the backlash of the unwholesome action of another - because they are operating at the same frequency level as the subject matter. I wonder if that applies...

Does karma work so instantaneously?

Hi Justion,

i think those karma that's embedded in our DNA are from past lives, baggages attached to be hopefully resolved in current lifetime - that's why the School always advocate cultivating and practising 3 P's (seniors, pls. correct if I'm off track). What we do now, from moment to moment, also contributes to the karmic bank account (good and bad), so we need to be aware.

The retributions of Karma is beyond the comprehension of mere mortals like us.
It has been rightly pointed out that it is embedded in our DNA.
Viewed correctly, we are fortunate to have the opportunity to listen, understand
and apply the School’s Teachings to refine our internal character and self-heal in the process.

That would be key to the workings of our wholesome karma so that we may achieve the un-working of karma.

Karma is just destructured geometry. In past experience with clt, bad karma will be shown to you instantly, the purpose is of course for us to correct ourselves quickly and not accumulate more bad karma. With free will, you can chose to ignore it. when you ignore, the karma field will start to compress into your fields, this will make it harder for you to see your mistakes. Of course, in a compressed field, you will not make just one mistake but a succession of mistakes. This will create a vortex and thus lower your frequency. Your circumstance will reflect your frequency.
