When Frequencies Do Not Match

Dealing with the average human being, being humans ourselves in this physical realm, I would like to ask if there is such a thing as a natural aversion and deflection of people and circumstances whose frequencies do not match ours?

yes. When you cultivate to high frequency, the material realm will not match your frequency, you ascend.

Based on our current info. on frequency level, one would attract similar frequency level things/people to us. Does this explain why some people attract negative things to themselves e.g., robbers/thieves, rapists, etc., as nobody in the 'right' frame of mind, would want these terrible things to happen to them?

These terrible events occur when the energy field 'collapsed' eg expended beyond a threshold.
