Energy field is 'heavy' during certain times of day

I can feel my field is sometimes very heavy at certain times of the day when I am at the office (established since the 50s). Usually from 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm. My lunch hour is from 1pm -2pm and I do not combine carbo with meat during meals. I usually stay back until 7pm - 8pm in the office and during this time, I don't feel my field is as heavy but my shoulder aches a little, probably from staring at the computer for too long. I noticed that I am particularly sensitive to sound and when people are upset over the phone or having bad meetings. I am sometimes affected by it and I could notice my own behavioral change. I take my supplements as prescribed and my bowel movement is at least 2 times a day. The other times that I can feel my field is affected is when I am driving to areas unfamiliar to me or driving late at night. On most days I am fine, and some days it's too distracting. I would like to know if improving my diet can further improve or there are other things I am not aware about. Hope you share your opinion and help me find the gaps so that I can improve. Thank you.

Guess there is no specific diagnostic to the matter at hand. However, one needs to observe certain patterns in the life routine and perhaps instill some discipline into the function. At best, a self analysis would be a good start plus regular check with HG Team plus a conscious effort to improve matters.

Sleep pattern - well rested ? If your unconscious is playing havoc during sleep, it can impact your waking hours. Otherwise, try CLT exercises before sleep.

Coffee & sugary stuff - best avoid. Coffee dehydrates your system by stealing the hydrogen from the water molecule. Sugar makes our internal system a hot bed for fungus and bacteria.

CLT Exercises - full set of movement, still, CLT and meditation forms ? Every morning ? If you think you have no time , then consider the amount of time wasted when you had to practically drag your entire system to pull through that rough patch of the day.

Thoughts, words and action - conform to 3Ps ?

HG Supplements - Immuno and milk thistle in the morning. Probiotic and enzymes after food. For these highly intelligent soldiers to operate efficiently to deliver results, you need to play your part especially the above 4 items.

Other things to ponder ...
Grid your individual office unit ? Lifestyle ? People you mixed with, for they can and do drain your energy. Etc...
