Guess there is no specific diagnostic to the matter at hand. However, one needs to observe certain patterns in the life routine and perhaps instill some discipline into the function. At best, a self analysis would be a good start plus regular check with HG Team plus a conscious effort to improve matters.
Sleep pattern - well rested ? If your unconscious is playing havoc during sleep, it can impact your waking hours. Otherwise, try CLT exercises before sleep.
Coffee & sugary stuff - best avoid. Coffee dehydrates your system by stealing the hydrogen from the water molecule. Sugar makes our internal system a hot bed for fungus and bacteria.
CLT Exercises - full set of movement, still, CLT and meditation forms ? Every morning ? If you think you have no time , then consider the amount of time wasted when you had to practically drag your entire system to pull through that rough patch of the day.
Thoughts, words and action - conform to 3Ps ?
HG Supplements - Immuno and milk thistle in the morning. Probiotic and enzymes after food. For these highly intelligent soldiers to operate efficiently to deliver results, you need to play your part especially the above 4 items.
Other things to ponder ...
Grid your individual office unit ? Lifestyle ? People you mixed with, for they can and do drain your energy. Etc...
