Hi everyone, I would like to find out what's the current stand with regards to consumption of protein: pork, fish, seafood, dairy and eggs. If I'm not mistaken, early this year, at one of the forums, it was shared that vegetarians suffer from mental issues because they do not eat protein. Apparently, Vitamin B 12 is found in protein which helps with mental functions. Hope to get clarification please.

We are testing quinoa and amaranth as alternative sources. Plant based protein is more complete and structured. B12 has other sources besides meat, probiotics and bee pollen has array of vitamin Bs that is complete for the body.Look out for naturally grown food (best it is from the wild) then it has no side effects and will nourish the body with what it needs.
