Hi guys!

I am grateful to learn that by changing your dietary habits is a great way to balance the body's acidity level and maintain health to conserve energy for higher purposes. However, I also learn that your emotions and mental health constitutes to a modicum of degree, your body's acidity level as well - and as what Alex imparted during the recent CLT workshop; an even faster process.

I find myself occasionally roiled up in thoughts of the past, which can pour over as repetitive resentments. They are not powerful enough to take over my thoughts completely, but they can be emotionally uncomfortable (or energetically draining). I am also aware that they are considered as 'garbage' energies and I know it's just a thought away to stop them from arising from within.

This, I was advised to work it out on my own, but having that said, I would really like to hear how other people do it, at removing such programming from their minds. While everyone's experiences are different, perhaps I could learn a little about moving on one step at a time, through exemplification.

You have to follow the clt system closely. You cannot do it alone. it requires working in a group as there are not just resentment that you noticed within yourself but there are many hidden traits that you are not consciously aware of that is hurting your bodies. However, it requires a lot of hard work for you to think, reflect and contemplate where are your mistakes and also you must the perseverance and determination with other good character qualities to correct yourself with the guidance from the school. it requires the help from the Source to show us where the mistakes are made. so ultimately, we need to connect to the Source with the support of everyone in the school. You have to stay very close with the progressive development of the school.
