A bowel movement is considered healthy when the colon has no difficulty eliminating faeces after each meal, ie. when there is no constipation. There are several reasons why most people face bowel movement problem, namely, their bodies are dehydrated or their bodies could be very acidic. But I think the most important issue which these people have to address is why they are so extremely low on their biological energy. As a result of this, their bodies are unable to perform one of the most basic biological functions which is the body's natural in-built process of elimination.
