Is this true or otherwise? Energy field is light energy and light is far infrared energy.

My understanding is our aura is a spectrum of light that forms our energy field while light is 80% far infrared energy from the scientific perspective. Far infrared energy (FIE), is the most beneficial energy for all life on earth and is an invisible infrared ray from the sun that penetrates human tissue to support biological functions.

Our body emit FIE because all our healthy cells resonates the exact frequency. However, unhealthy cells and cancerous cells do not and some crystal healing protocols include the use of clear quartz crystals to amplify FIE and direct into the body to stimulate such cells.

Your views please.

As a budding fan of metaphysics, which may or may not get my facts correctly from my previous sources (so I hope you forgive me in the case of misleading information);

I think that the Energy Field we're cultivating with is still unquantifiable by the understanding of mainstream particle physics.
I read this book called 'Zero Field Theory' - I forgot the author's name, which culminates a series of research and observations of a seemingly invisible force that permeates our dimensional plane, and has profound effects to all matter in existence - part of which is healing on a cellular level. But of course, I don't know if that equals to the same energy field you mentioned or if it's light or FIE.

I would say that this energy field, is somewhat inter-dimensional? And by way of crystals usage with focused intentions - is manipulating this subtle interdimensional force that can aid in restoration of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states.

Essentially, my view is, I think it's difficult to actually use contemporary science to understand the finer subjects metaphysics. It is there, but it exists in a different plane of existence (as such, a much higher frequency than the tiniest detectable matter through current knowledges) and the closest thing that can verify all that is our trained spiritual sensitivity…?

Please correct me if I am wrong if I am diverging from the HG's teachings. I am all ears too!
