Besides investing the effort to feed the body with nutritious food, reduce the toxic food that we eat, getting enough rest and learning about the body's functionality, does self love also entail feeding the body with the right thoughts and emotions?

When a person understands and believes that his (/her) physical body was created by the Creator as a gift to contain his consciousness, he will be filled with gratitude, appreciation and love for his body. He will want to take good care of it, including all the elements, the probiotics within the body. He will naturally learn to be sensitive and listen to his body and will consciously look out for nutritious foods to sustain his body and also will avoid foods are are not acceptable to his body. In time, he will also realize that his thoughts and emotions have an effect on his physical body as well. Because his objective and intention began with being motivated by love and gratitude for what his body is truly for, he would have learnt self-love.

Yes, self-love also entails feeding the body with the right thoughts and emotions. We have 4 bodies - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual; to be truly balanced, our 4 bodies have to be balanced so in addition to nourishing our physical bodies with the right food and nutrition, we also have to nourish our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies with the right thoughts and emotions. If we truly love ourselves, we would make the effort to manage our emotions, remove fear-based thoughts and connect to our spiritual self. As all 4 bodies are inter-connected and affect each other, not having the right thoughts and emotions will affect us adversely. It is not not self-love if we only care for our physical body without paying the same attention to our other bodies.
