Yes, self-love also entails feeding the body with the right thoughts and emotions. We have 4 bodies - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual; to be truly balanced, our 4 bodies have to be balanced so in addition to nourishing our physical bodies with the right food and nutrition, we also have to nourish our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies with the right thoughts and emotions. If we truly love ourselves, we would make the effort to manage our emotions, remove fear-based thoughts and connect to our spiritual self. As all 4 bodies are inter-connected and affect each other, not having the right thoughts and emotions will affect us adversely. It is not not self-love if we only care for our physical body without paying the same attention to our other bodies.
