Unstable Online Environment

I logged in to read and post on our electronic forum and noticed that I kept getting logged out from the system. In order to post a few responses, I had to log it three times in the span of 30 mins. I would like to suggest that this issue be looked at as it could be one of the barriers for positing entries on the forum.

May I know what browser do you use?
If you are using Internet Explorer 7, this is a known bug.
Please either upgrade your to Internet Explorer or try another browser, Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
Do let me know if the problem still persist.

Another method: Please clear your cache of your browser.
Try login again.

Am afraid that I am not using Internet 7. Am using Windows XP system which I believe uses Internet 5. Could you help?
