Sprains & fractures from fall

What can we do to ease the pains, aches, swelling & bruises that we have caused by sprain/fractures when we accidentally fall/slip whilst walking.

Most people would naturally run to the chinese traditional sinseh for treatment/massage. I learnt from the school that we should not let 'external people' touch/meddle with our energy field. Years ago, I used to visit either the foot reflexologist or chinese sinseh on a monthly basis for treatment & body massage to reduce backaches, soreness & pain in my body. I've since stopped going to such places as the backaches, soreness & pain has mostly disappeared with CLT practice & cultivation and the help of CLT healing.

What do we do & can do in such circumstances if we do not go to the sinseh or doctor for painkillers?
