Clearing Energy Field On The Go

Postby Justion » Tue Jun 24, 2014 4:54 pm

I am going away on a weekend to somewhere far for a day trip. I will be sitting in somebody else's car for that matter for about an hour to two hours.
I am not worried or being paranoid but I would like to know how I can make the transit in the car for that long of a ride more comfortable and positive energetically?

when you travel for a distance, the body naturally loses nutrients during the travel. it is best that you top your nutrients and practise your 5e before and after traveling. do not take hard to digest food before you travel.

Also make sure you are adequately hydrated with structured water prior to the trip and throughout the journey especially during such hot weather condition. Suggests you bring along a few bottles of HG water.

In addition to clearing before and after the trip, taking care of your 5 elements by eating food that is easy to digest and drinking enough structured water, you might want to be conscious of the discussion topics that occur during the course of the trip. Engaging in discussions that demonstrate judgment and criticism to others will not only introduce a load of negative energies into your system, it will also contaminate your energy field. This could override your effort in caring for your 5 elements.
