Apart of lacking of nutrients, changing mindset requires alot of energy to execute, strong intention and discipline to follow through. It is difficult to change our mindset because most of us are still attached to the current thought processes, beliefs and understanding we have already accumulated in this lifetime. To change our mindset is to remove our old programming and it can be daunting (fears i.e losing identity, ego, etc)- perhaps that's why we tend to subconsciously continue to hold on to those programming while we 'want' to change our mindset.

We might want to first ask ourselves why do we want to change our mindset. When we know why and what the changes required, we can find the ways to change our mindset i.e. we will be more conscious of our action, thought, emotion and speech. When we are conscious of the required changes and when we are committed to the change, we can change. Changing our mindset will create a change of circumstances in our lives that may be very challenging (unfamilliar change = fear of the unknown) and that may deter us from the follow through with the change. But if we have the right intention and discipline to execute and sustain the change, we can achieve it despite the challenges/unfamiliar circustances we may face.

Change can only happen if we want to and we make conscious effort to take the necessary steps to achieve it, i.e. pump up nutrients, energy management, letting go of our existing programming, learning to face the circumstances that we may face, learning and anchoring the CLT teachings in our speech, deeds, thoughts and emotions, and more.

Undoubtedly it's not easy to let go of things especially, those that are 'bad' (non-beneficial) for us. We are generally in our comfort zone and when we don't have insufficient nutrients, we'll lack the energy to do so. Upping energy level is one part, the other part is also we need to learn how to handle the situations by 'acting out the movies' in our mind, having a support group to help us when we're down, and perhaps, accepting and forgiving (including ourselves), before we can let go.

In addition to building the energy to change the mindset and upping the nurtrients to help us to change, I think we need to identify the origins of the erroneous mindsets or programming that we are trying to change. These mindsets often originate from one form of fear or another. It is only when we understand the fears that create those erroneous/harmful mindsets coupled with the discipline and willpower to change, we can then make positive efforts towards changing.

Have to look at inborn quality. when you have the 5 element structure intact. You can switch your mindset instantly when you listen to natural source info. You resonate with it.

The resistance to natural source info is the ego. the wrong geometrical structure in the mind. HOw are you going to evaluate, decide and trace your problem if you are going to use ego structure to evaluate, trace and decide???

Are you aware the basis you are using when you are looking at a problem and deciding? You can be switching from one problem to another without any improvement. Many are suffering from self deception without realising and without guidance.
