Sleepy/Discomfort During CLT

Postby Angie » Tue Jun 03, 2014 10:01 pm

I noticed that some participants feel sleepy or experience discomfort during the CLT workshop. Why does this happen?

OJT says:

To avoid the above for future workshops and forums, it is better if the participants get enough sleep the night before, eat well to get enough nutrition and be sufficiently hydrated so that they can better understand and absorb all that is taught.

Those that were sleepy during the recent CLT workshop did not have the mental energy to remain focused and it's simply one or a combination of the following reasons:

- insufficient sleep
- heavy/carbo meals where more energy is used for digestion
- imbalance of 4 bodies where the mental side gives up energy to support the deficit elsewhere.

Participants experienced discomfort could have negative energies which they picked up unknowingly elsewhere and brought along as "hidden baggage" to the workshop. I doubt they did performed the 5E exercises to clear harmful frequency before proceeding to the Academy.

During the delivery of invigorating facts which were supported by light energy, a participant should feel stimulated and alert if they were able to dial into a compatible energy wavelength.
