Pain Management

Mrs T meditates through mental projection to manage her pain but it does not resolve her pain. What do you think happened and what is your advice to her?

The orthodox meditation only refocused her mind from that discomfort but the root cause is not addressed. I would advise Mrs T to seek help to identify the origin of her problem - which may not necessarily be just physical as it could also be emotional or mental. Mrs T need to understand its trigger as pain normally resonates with negative energy that is internal within self or from an external influence.

With a new understanding towards her pain issue, Mrs T needs to work with the Academy’s profiler to heal herself through a combination of body toxins elimination, body nutrition, negative energy discharge and harnessing light energy for renewed wellbeing.

Conventional meditation technique uses alot of mental focussing and in her case, perhaps, its a form of masking that she deems has helped her to manage her pain though this method has not been able to resolve her long standing painful situation. Mental harnessing of energy to 'manage' her pain has depleted her low reserve of energy further. She needs guidance and clear explanation to be able to see clearly and decide whether she wishes to persist with this form of meditation or she could decide whether she wishes to address her real fears and issues. When there's fear, it deludes one into not being able to see issues clearly, fear uses alot of band-aids to mask them and further compounds them through the passage of time, causing a vortex that spirals further downwards. If she decides to face her fears, there ought to be further guidance to help her work through them and resolve them bearing in mind to allow her to exercise her free will at all times.

Directing her personal energies through mental projections would serve to deplete Mrs T's energies further. To remove the pain permanently, she needs to identify the root cause of her pain, which often times, hidden fears. It is only by surfacing her hidden fears and acknowledging its existence, can she begin her journey towards removing her pain permanently. Surfacing and acknowledging the fear is so important as this process brings it out from a dark hidden corner into brought day light. It is only by doing so, can you begin to work on it as it is no longer a nameless and faceless shadow that lurks in a dark corner. That is why the first step of kicking an addition is to acknowledge that you have an addiction. The permanent removal of pain involves introducing love, the highest frequency, into her life so that the fear will be overtaken by love. Only when this happen can she permanently be free from her pain.
