We just organized a health seminar in Manulife SG on critical illnesses.
The objective was to educate our clients and public on citical illnesses.

Time: 1-3pm 24 Aug 2013
Audience: about 150 people.
Topic: Critical illnesses
Early detection
Early treatment
Early coverage to pay expensive treatment
Feedback: interest was high with quite a number of questions being asked.
most of the audience stayed back for the Q&A session

Areas of interests: cancer, heart diseases, hypertension, etc.
Questions: what causes cancer?
is it lifestyle, stress, etc.
alternative treatment and effectiveness
sleep is important in prevention?
how much does genetics play in these diseases?
blood in urine or stool
monitoring for unusual body problems, etc.

Observation: people want to know the root cause of the diseases
they want to know more and understand what they can do

CLT: timing is right for our "Never be sick again"
we need to link this back to our relevation.
