Raising Energy Levels = Raising Frequency

Can any experienced practitioner shed some light upon my query:

Does raising our energy levels equates to raising our frequency?

Basically, are we talking about the same things here? Energy is frequency or otherwise?

Raising source energy levels will evidently raise frequencies level. Not any type of energy but source energy. One then would have the means to restructure and restore the lost sacred geometries. These primordial structures enable the DNA to emit very high frequencies. Unfortunately, many clt practitioners are still languishing in the borrowing energy stage despite having received the higher clt teachings. At the basic levels, they have been given energy for protection, healing and development without having earned it. Their energy levels have been " artificially " raised. Practitioners who are locked in this comfort zone are unable to emit high frequency despite having raised the energy levels.
