Why is it that a practitioner who reads a lot of CLT materials is not able to build up his energy level?

Is he reading the materials just to gain knowledge and satisfy his intellect curiosity? Because the materials teach us about re-connection, energy conservation, how to balance our 4 bodies, reducing our bodies' acidity, why we need to let go, why we need to stay calm, etc....., if he applies the CLT teachings in his daily life after reading them, he should be able to increase his energy level.

Could it be that he does not have the understanding and the geometry to contain the information?

Reading without application does not result in the building of energies as the teaching remains at the intellectual level. It is only when a practitioner applies the teaching in their daily life can they see a steady rise in energy. The rise in energy is brought about when the practitioners geometries are restructured thus improving theír ability to contain and store light in their 4 bodies.
