We are made of 5 elements --- geometric structure that can receive and store vibrations ---- but without a consciousness filter, we inadvertently picks up negative energies all the time --- negative energy fields is a like a magnet that attracts even more negative energy from the surrounding !!
Usually it means that you are drifting away from the teachings if the external energy field keeps accumulating bad energy instead of getting brighter. Practise and teachings are two different aspects. Teaching is raising consciousness. when consciousness is raised,you can hold the new geometry together and balance the 4 bodies. Practise without complying with the teaching means the new geometry cannot last.
