What is ego?

Ego – our false mind --- everything around us is entirely based upon the ego.

Physical Acts... Act as we like ignore body’s needs

Mental Thinks... Think as we like. Allow False mind to operate over consciousness

Emotion Feels... Feel as we like. Allows negative emotions to be embedded.

Spirit Knows... Disconnected from the Source. Does not believe in Creator

Life Disconnected from the Source
Geometry destructure prevents reception of Source energy leading to the
depletion of Life energy --- * functionality degraded --- * slide in human consciousness.

I may be asking a really technical question despite cultivation being a very intricate thing.

Is there a way to understand how or why the ego works? Is it an inherent programming that we picked up through lifetimes of un-learning?

Or is it the prime manifestation of our deep-seated fears?

I believe that our ego is formed out of fears, the opposite of Love. I supposed that by increasing our Love frequencies, we'd have a chance to cancel out the ego? And I guess only then we will be able to truly let go of our fear-based programs...

the birth of ego came from the decision to move away from the Light. As one moves away from the light, it move closer to darkness. In darkness , one cannot see clearly and therefore faces uncertainty. it is the uncertainty that generates the fear.
