Intensity of colour vs functions

Does the intensity of the crystal colour make any difference on its strengths or functions? Does a deeper colour of amethyst quartz work better than a lighter one?

the difference in the color ( ranging from opaque to more and more transparent color) indicate the range of light nutrients for different layers of the bodies. The more transparent the light nutrient colors are for higher body functions. For the physical body usage, it is the more opaque colors.

Does that mean that if you were to wear the same crystal with different colour intensity and transparency you will be able nourish both the physical and higher bodies simultaneously? How does this relate to what Master Bob said in the past in that opaque crystal helps ground the energies whilst the transparent crystal helps in the expression of the grounded energies?
